Jesus was a Jew, a Rabbi,
and read Torah.
Truth no longer waits to be discovered. It has been discovered; it has been restored. Discover it for yourself. Get away from work, telephones, TV and maybe family for two or three days, and study it all out, pray about it, undistracted. Now it is up to us to act on the correct teachings; to act on the true principles that are now in front of us.

There is always more. There are always more facets to be discovered, to be examined, and to be pondered on no matter how many times we have read the holy scriptures. Our exploration and seeking more will lead us to the Treasures of Heaven, of greater value than any physical thing we might otherwise treasure. It will lead us to a great joy, a greater joy and happiness than anything that we can conjure up in our own minds.

Do not limit yourself. If you are under a table, thinking that what you see is all you need to see and you are very comfortable with that, I urge you to come out from under that table and see that the sky - the heavens - is the limit. And think: Truth versus Tradition, and Honesty versus Loyalty.

Another thought: "The Jews" who crucified Christ were a small, ultra-conservative group and cannot be said to represent the Jewish population. Don't verbally (or otherwise) punish the Jews of later generations, unless your generation is likewise to be published for the sins of prior generations of your race.

Jesus had over 3000 Jewish followers. The "multitudes felt His spirit. Most apostles were Jews.

Consider this: What was the population of His land at that time? How many people do you really believe he came in contact with enough to have the opportunity to believe him? Of that number, what percentage did NOT accept him? How in the world can you say "the Jews..." when so many DID accept Him and love Him? Get real!

Lastly: if you believe in His atonement, then where will you say you would be if he had not been crucified? Isaiah 53 had to be fulfilled; there had to be a crucifixion to be an atonement, for that was the plan of the Father of the Universe.
